10 members turned up for the club points last night at Forfar Ice Rink. The ice was keen and a good competitive competition was held.Lynda Kemp stormed off to an early lead with some excellent shot making scoring points every time a stone was thrown. In fact everyone was playing well with some excellent scoring across the board.
As it came down to the last few disciplines the curling became more intense. At the end of the competition the top three going forward to represent Edzell at the Province points later in the season are Lynda, Andrew & Mike with Andrew winning the Craik cup for handicap points (40 + 10 handicap = Total 50) and Mike winning the scratch points trophy with a score of 47 points.

It is the club pairs competition on Saturday and as usual numbers are needed. Please let Ron know if you are coming along for what is normally a fun yet competitive few hours of curling.
