I trust everyone has had a very pleasant Christmas and are now preparing the bodies for the next few days ahead as we look forward to 2009.The Club League continues to excite with everyone in with a shout. Colin's rink managed a win over Mike's rink last with a convincing 11-5 result.
It doesn't help when you lose a six at the first end as Mike tried to make a draw but fell short on keen ice. With such an uphill task the team rallied and started to claw their way back before losing a four to kill the game as a competition.
Colin meets Bob's rink tonight as things start to heat up.
